Ticket handling procedures for COVID-19 Outbreak Incident

Dear our valuable passenger,

In order to provide the best support for passengers under the circumstance that COVID-19 is greatly affecting travel services, we would like to inform passengers about the ticket handing procedure for all routes booking on/before 21 February 2020 to/from Koh Samui-Singapore/Hongkong/Malaysia and to/from Bangkok-PG all Vietnam routes only:

• For FIT booking: Passengers are allowed rebook a new traveling period without fee until 31 December 2020 for tickets issued on/before 21 Feb 2020 with traveling period until 30 April 2020.
• For GIT booking: Passengers are allowed rebook a new traveling period without fee until 31 December 2020 for reservation/deposit made/paid on/before 21 Feb 2020 with traveling period until 30 April 2020.
• For refund Arrangement: Passengers are allowed to refund with applied refund fee for Non-refundable ticket issued on on/before 21 Feb 2020 with traveling period until 30 April 2020
