On 17 November 2025 – Bangkok Air, as the 2025 Chair of the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines (AAPA), hosted the official opening of the 69th AAPA Assembly of Presidents. The ceremony was presided over by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport.

The ceremony was opened by Mr President of Bangkok Airways, together with AAPA Director General. Senior leaders from regional airlines, government agencies, and tourism organizations attended to discuss shared perspectives and future strategies for sustainable aviation growth.

The ceremony was held at the BDMS Connect Center, Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok.
