The resumption of Phuket-Hat Yai route (v.v.) eff. from 31 October 2021 and the re-opening of its passenger lounges, starting from 1 November 2021 onwards
Dear our passengers,
We would like to announce that Bangkok Airways will resume its direct service between Phuket and Hat Yai, offering 1 flight daily starting from 31 OCT 2021. In addition to that, the airline will re-open its passenger lounges at Suvarnabhumi airport, Chiang Mai airport, Phuket airport and Samui airport to accommodate passengers, starting from 1 November 2021.
The resumed services between Phuket – Hat Yai (roundtrip) will make it a total of 9 destinations the airline is currently operating. The schedule is as follows:

| Phuket – Hat Yai (v.v.) | 1 flight daily (starting from 31 October 2021 onwards) |
Due to different travel restriction measures imposed by each provincial authorities, we strongly recommends passengers to check the latest announcement issued by the provincial authorities of your origin/destination. This is to ensure that requirements under such restrictive measures are met (including COVID-19 testing and vaccination documentation requirements), especially when it is close to the departure date as the measures may be updated with changes. Passengers shall be denied at check-in if all required documents to enter the destination are not met, and Bangkok Airways takes no responsibility for denied boarding due to incomplete required documents.
