Termination of the Passenger and Baggage checking-through service for passenger holding separate ticket on International and Domestic route

Dear passengers,

Referring to Bangkok Airways’ previous announcement on 30 MAY 2019, we regret to inform you that it is terminated the service immediately for all cases of Passenger and Baggage checking-through for passengers holding separate tickets on International and Domestic routes. It is effective immediately for all passengers with connecting flights to/from other airlines and whose tickets are issued separately (separate tickets).

Passengers holding separate tickets necessary to check in with each airline individually and please advise the passenger accordingly.
