Bangkok Airways Reaches New Heights: Secures 2024 Skytrax World Airline Awards for “World’s Best Regional Airline” and “Best Regional Airline in Asia” for the 8th Consecutive Year
London, UK / June 25, 2024 – Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited has once again been recognized for its excellence, winning the titles of World’s Best Regional Airline and Best Regional Airline in Asia for 2024 at the Skytrax World Airline Awards. This achievement marks the eighth consecutive year that Bangkok Airways has received these prestigious awards, highlighting its consistent dedication to delivering outstanding service and quality in the global aviation industry. Additionally, Bangkok Airways has secured the 27th spot in the Top 100 World's Best Airlines category.
Often dubbed the "Oscars of the aviation industry," the Skytrax World Airline Awards are a global standard of airline excellence, based on passenger satisfaction surveys. These surveys assess over 350 airlines worldwide, evaluating various performance indicators.

Bangkok Airways has been honored with the World’s Best Regional Airline award eight times (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, and 2024) and Asia’s Best Regional Airline award twelve times (2004, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, and 2024). Furthermore, the airline was recognized as Southeast Asia’s Best Regional Airline in 2006 and 2007.
