Please be informed that from 1st of October 2019 onward, Bangkok Airlines will stop operating the route from Hanoi to Chiang Mai and Chiang Mai to Hanoi.

If you've booked and paid for this route, kindly choose below options:

1. Get fully refund

2. Change to direct flight operating by Air Asia

3. Change to code-share flights between Bangkok Airlines and Vietnam Airlines (Hanoi - Bangkok then Bangkok - Chiang Mai and return)
